Oakland Park Processing times
Hi Everyone,
I just found this website and I'm in love. It's so helpful and supportive, you guys are like a little family-so nice to see now a days.
Well let me get to my point, I filed a K1 Fiance Visa for my now husband in 2015 and he is here now, we recently filed I485 and 765 petitions to adjust his status and get work permit.
3-1-2016 USCIS received Petition
3-16-2016 Received NOA notices for both petitions
3-19-2016 received Biometrics appt. date of 4-6-2016
Tomorrow he has his biometrics appointment, and I'm very happy and optimistic that things are flowing but I wanted to know how long the processing times in Oakland Park, Fl. are?
Then also I've been reading this forum and it looks like other people who have had the same journey as us, have just received GC and didn't end up having to go through 765 or even interview, has anyone gone through this same process please let me know....
