Desperately waiting for EAD
I am writing this in hopes that someone experienced something similar and can help me to calm down.
On January 12th immigration received my I-765
On Feb 11th I went for biometrics
On March 22nd I received a request for evidence related to my I-485
On March 28th they received my additional evidence
DOES THAT MEAN I HAVE TO WAIT 90 DAYS since they received my evidence on March 28th to get my EAD?
Or, will time continue counting since January 12th?
I am desperate, because I have a job waiting for me. If I have to wait 90 extra days, I'm not sure they will keep waiting. HELP! Has anyone who submitted additional evidence still received the EAD without adding extra 90 days to the wait?
