Help im so frustrated
I have been with my husband 15 years and we have 3 children toguether , why didnt my husband get approve on the spot ?

10/29/15 We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.
12/27/2015 We scheduled you for your interview and mailed you an interview notice.
EAD approved 01/15/16
EAD Received 01/20/16 with wrong DOB
01/27/2016 interview scheduled , The IO didn't seem to doubt our marriage. She was very nice and friendly , asked us the marriage questions , took our bank account statements , car payment , rental agreement and bills , Interview only lasted about 30 min and than she handed us a letter saying case needs to be further reviewed , she explained to us if we didn't receive nothing within 30 days to come in to Fresno CA office to check the status ,but the letter says 90 days its been 2 months 9 days , I submitted an inquiry why case is taking longer than usual on 3/16/16 and got a letter today 4/5/16 saying case is taking longer because it needs to be further reviewed ....
Help i don't know if this is Normal. I see everyone getting approved on the spot !! My Husband had a court case but we showed proof that case was destroyed ... anyone with the same situation???
