Hi Everyone,
I have been waiting for an I-485 approval or interview notice and it has been over six months now since I filed my application. Does anyone know what the timelines are for employment based applications in Dallas?
Here is my timeline:
9/3/2015: AOS/EAD/AP filed
9/29/2015: Biometrics Appointment
12/11/2015: EAD and advance parole (AP) approved
12/15/2015: EAD Card Received
I am considering switching employers and am not sure whether I can in this waiting period. Any information about waiting times and employer transfers are appreciated!
