I received NOID . Do you guys know if USCIS accept birth attestation from Nigeria? This is bcos anybody born before 1992 cannot be issued a birth certificate. National population commission can only issue birth attestation. Do you guys know if uscis accept birth attestation for national population commission, Nigeria.
