Adjustment of Status - I-485

I had my GC or aos interview yesterday at San Antonio local office.we actually got there and later was called by the IO who immediately asked me where is my I20 form(came as F-1)which I have one but didn't know was gonna be needed,I then told her I have one but I don't have it on me but she then said "well I need it,am gonna have to request for it" that was when I told myself I might not get approved if she is going to send me a RFE.then she took us to her office and swore us in and asked me to confirm my wife's name,address, date and plsce of birth and date and place of marriage which I did and she asked my wife to do the same but my wife got my place of birth wrong and she couldn't pronounce my middle name too coz it's an African name,and she couldn't say my parent own too.the IO then asked the yes or no questions and then separated us and asked my wife some question like where we met how long we waited before dating and if I paid her to help me get GC etc and I was called in and my wife was now sent out,she asked me where we met(met at a gas station but she asked me what gas station,I told her and she asked where it's located I told her but I got the road intercession wrong)she asked what we did for the weekends,Fri sat and sun,And what side of bed my wife sleeps on and what we ate for dinner last night and I told her and she then called my wife to join us and she asked her the same Question about weekends and my wife told her the same thing I had answer and she explained to us that if I do get GC that it gonna be a conditional GC for 2yrs and we will have to renew it after that and she asked us to sign the paper which she then made a copy of it and gave us one and one to my lawyer.then she said she still need copy of my I20 form and that she is gonna request for it in the mail and she then handed us the result of the interview which said case is still under review and they don't need any additional documents grime me at the moment and that if the do,they will contact me by mail.we gave her all our bills,bank acc,car title on our name and lease which she just put in the file and then saw us off. Just so worried and confused why we didn't get approved,don't know if it coz of the I20 form or that she is not satisfied with our answers. Please I need y'all opinion on what I should do next or what is going to happen next.
