Our interview was held in 26 Federal Plaza, Manhattan because the Queens Field office is still closed due to damage sustained from super storm sandy.
Immigration Interview: The interview was easy. The officer asked a lot of questions to my wife and I but the questions were based on things that people in a true marriage would know about each other. The interview lasted at least 25 mins. Shortly after the interview, I received a text from the USCIS stating my case had been approved. I am officially a Permanent Resident of the United States. Thank You God! Online status shows Green Card Ordered. March 23rd, 2016.

Approval Notification of form I485 delivered. March 28th, 2016

Permanent Resident Card delivered! Thankful to God and my wife. March 30th, 2016.

To all who have already been approved, I say congratulations and to those who are still awaiting their big day I wish you all the best outcome and wish everyone many blessings and success. The best advice we can give is try not to be nervous, be natural, be prepared with all your joint documents, photos and most important let your relationship do the work. Know each other! Remember IO are well trained for their job. Well wishes to all!
