New Card Is Being Produced (EAD) time processing
hey guys i just thought my time line could be helpful for those who are waiting anxiety like i did/do
12/22/2015 (all i-130 i-450 i-765) send by my lawyer-but i remember exactly dates.
PD 12/28/2015
NOA 01/08/2016
biometric 05/02/2016
22/02/2016-RFE about the i-864( was very nervous since my sponsor had vacation during this month).
21/03/2016-sent the rfe to the uscis office with all documents included.
23/03/2016- Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received
04/16/2016-New Card Is Being Produced
i have read a lot about the process after the response of the rfe issue, that it may take a while to
receive any notes about the i-765...it was a good reason for me be anxiety..the waiting game can be really frustrating..we never lose hope, this very morning my mother in law had her birthday and during the phone call iv'e seen an email from the uscis, i was very curios if it may be another rfe or something even better... :) so i opened it and it says New Card Is Being Produced, we were very happy and my only point here is that patiene is the key i assume.
i was ready to wait longer and didn't except it today
now waiting to the interview
from the Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received
till today is 24 days,
i just wanted to share because i were at the situation and that it can be helpful for those who are waiting.
my question is how long till they'll mail it to me?
