Hello everyone,
Please, I need an advice.
My interview is next week April 29. However, I haven't received my EAD card. Called USCIS on April 20 to request to expedite my case. Agent created Referral ID. Today I received an email regarding the expedition and they are awaiting the response to my request for additional evidence in this case.
I responded to the RFE last week Friday and until now my case hasn't been changed.
My question is, does my i-485 interview will affect my pending EAD and AP or not having the EAD card? I've read all the post here that they already have their EAD card on hand before the interview.
