Hello. It's been 30 days since I filed to replace my green card and never got the biometrics. I called customer service and they made a case inquiry and said once they'll be ready they'll contact me.
Here's how it updated on the website:
"As of April 28, 2016, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive, referral number T1E1191600513MSC, is currently not assigned for processing"
Anyone knows when I'll get my biometrics? Thank you. And also: Can my passport be stamped if I wanna travel ?? Thank you.
