hey guys! so finally me and my wife received our date for interview..
unfortunately we have noticed that all the documents from uscis wrote my name wrong!
i mean one letter should be between another..
correct : almog
incorrect: alomg
our lawyer made that issue when submitted...
my question is like that.
since we have appoint already and the ead will loss is value
can i talk to the i/o and tell him/ her the situation? i guess he will notice him self the misspelled letters vs passport/ birth cert.
we cant effort another fee for my lawyer blunder
another mistake i think is that i already went to make the ssn under the wrong name..i know i can change it through the office
please any help will be thankful! greetings.
