I-485 in Process Travelling without AP
Hi All,
I would really appreciate if you give me some advice/ suggestion on travelling outside US.
My I-485 (family based) application says "Case is ready for an interview" since feb 2, 2016. I didn't applied for EAD/ I131.
I'v valid stamped H1B valid for another 2 years, I've vacation planned for this month. I can't cancel the vacation. Please let me now if my AOS application will be alright if i go outside US on my valid H1B or what need to be done in order my I-485 application is not terminated because of my travel outside the US.
