My PD is June 17, 2015. October 1, 2015 I got my combo card. Since then my status is stuck on Fingerprint Fee Was Received. Last month, when I realized that my case is past due I created service request:
As of April 13, 2016, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number T1B10416 YYYY XMSC, is currently not assigned for processing.
So nobody even cares about my case. It has been a month since I asked them what's the deal and I got no response.
People from NY who applied in September and October already got their green card. I am still waiting. It seems like I will have to apply for work permit again in 1 month.
