my timeline
i need useful insight on how long it takes to get EAD after filing.
my timeline is
29th/02/2016 uscis rec my package
5th/03/2016 i got notice of receipt in the mail
10th/03/2016 got bio details in the mail
31/03/2016 did the biometric
up till today the 13th/05/2016 no updates and not heard anything from uscis. my package was sent to chicago lock-box and routed to Lee's summit Missouri.
my question is how long will it take to get a response. also on my acceptance notice for my i-1485 there's no notice of priority date. i came in on K-1 fiancee visa and have actually been married.
pls i need useful info and i must say its a wonderful job u guys are doing in this forum. i find the forum a huge family, helping to sooth the waiting pains of every member.
i should include that i'm filling from Dallas, TX
