11/21/2014 - PERM process initiated
05/28/2015 - PERM filed with DOL
11/23/2015 - PERM certified by DOL
12/01/2015 - AOS process initiated
12/28/2015 - AOS application (I-1485, I-765, I-131, I-140) submitted to USCIS
01/28/2016 - Received I-485 I-765 and I-131 Receipts from USCIS
02/05/2016 - Received I-140 Approval Notice from USCIS
02/22/2016 - Received original advance parole EAD for foreign national from USCIS
05/12/2016 - Received original Permanent Resident card
