EAD processing time - NEBRASKA SC
Hi everyone,
My case i-765 was received on Feb 29 by Vermont Service Center.
On March 29 it was transfered to Nebraska. On their website it says they are working on cases as of March 31, so I am completely confused because there is no change in status.
It's been 77 days now since the case was received and 44 days since it was transfered to Nebraska.
Is anyone in the same situation?
And please let me know if anyone received their EAD without SR or/and congressman's help in Nebraska Service Center.
