Continue process even if we are getting divorced
Good morning,
My wife and I applied for my AOS LAST july in Houston, and I have currently been waiting for an interview since September 30. My PD is Aug 2nd, and we were married for more than 2 years at the time of filing.
We have since however decoded to get divorced, now I have read from a few experiences, the purpose of the interview is to just prove the marriage was real, which it was and we can do with joint tax returns, bills owning a house and cars together, etc. Is this worth ourusing, or is it just a lot cause now?
