This forum had been very helpful and decided to share my 5th EAD renewal journey.
03/03: Sent all the related documents to USCIS and was notified with the Receipt Date - Lewisville office in TX
03/04: Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center
05/19: Waited for 76 days
05/19 morning: Raised a SR using the online tool.

Case outside normal processing time
05/20 morning: Received an usual update stating that "we have sent a response". But there was no way to verify / view the update
05/20 afternoon: Decided to contact again and Raised a SR to expedite the case by calling at 1-800-375-5283
1. Call this number 1-800-375-5283
2. Select option # 2 - "Check status for a petition that you have already filed"
3. Select option # 1 - "You know the receipt number"
4. Enter your receipt number
5. Select 1 to confirm that you have entered correct receipt number.
6. Hear the same status as you see on the website
7. Select option # 3 - "Report a problem with your case" -
While discussing the case with agent, provided reasons that the job loss is in-concern, including losing the health care and losing the Drivers license. You can provide every possible reasons based on individual cases.
05/23 evening: Received an Approval stating the "New Card is Being Produced".
Overall processing time this time: 81 days
Now waiting to get the card in hand.
