Hi guys,
My case was approved on April 25, 2016 but I never received the approval letter, I checked online and it jumped from case received to new card is being produced, I called costumer services and asked why I never received the approval letter but they told me that that sometimes they don't send out approval letters but the case was approved and to wait for thirty days. Today is may 25, 2016 exactly 30 days and I just checked online and still the same message. I cannot renew my driver's license because the state of California is asking for my new EAD and therefore I lost my job, I was a driver at the company..
Anyone has any recommendation of what to do.. I am desperate..
