i-94 for AOS application
Hi,
I sent in AOS application package (i130, i485, i765). PD is Apr 9th.
For my entry documents (Visa and I-94) I only have copies because I've lost my passport while in US, and my embassy made me a new passport.
How bad of a problem do you guys think it might be?
My friend did his AOS a little less than a year ago. He is from the same county as I am, lives in the same town in US as I am, and I am assuming I will be going to the same office for interview(El Paso TX). He said the officer did not look at anything he brought except his driver's licence nor asked any questions.
