Good afternoon all,
Wanted to share frustrating experience.
On February 11th 2016 Uscis received my renewal application my current EAD expired on April 30th so since then I have not been able to work because if I do I'm breaking the law. On May 6th submitted a service request over the phone and received a letter a few days later that just said it's under review. Waited 2 more weeks and submitted another service request online. This time received email stating the same that the case is under review. Today I am at day 106 since they received my application and no update only thing it says online is case received.. My EAD is based on a pending I485 adjustment of status. The renewal paperwwork went to the NBC office (National benifets center) in Lee summit Missouri. Is anyone else in my same situation? I tried providing as much information as I could on here to see if anyone can share there experience. This is very frustrating because I have been without work for 1 month now and bills don't wait as we all know.
