Whats Next After EAD
Hello Friends,
This Forum helped me in Finding Confidance and soothening the Curiocity.
This is a Short Summary of My GC process. I want to know When I may Expect my Case will be picked up for GC.
1. PD 2008/March/13 on EB3
2. Ported to EB2 in Feb 2016 with new 140
3. EAD/AP/GC Applied on April 13th Texas processing
4. Acknowledged on April 20th
5. Receipts of Application and FP fee April 29th
6. FP Date May 10th Attended 1 Week Earlier.
7. Priorities Dates went back to 2004/5
8. Attorney Clarified It won’t hamper EAD as You have applied for it.
9. May 23 Got approval notifications on site.
10. May 26th Changed to My Card Mailed notification
11. May 28th Card got Delivered to Post box ( As One nice Guy Suggested Created a USPS tracker I Created it, It helped me in Tracking).
My Questions
1. EAD is Valid for 1 year How to Renew, what’s the process?
2. What happens next to GC process?
3. Was thinking abt getting the Stamping done in Mexico, Any suggestions As No Dates available in India for June July 2016.
