Visitor Visa - B2

Hi. I hope someone can help me. I got denied last week for my B1/B2 visa. I will go to the US for a sponsored Training of a Church for 5 and a half months. I'm 26 years old, single from the Philippines. Here's what happened in the interview:

VO: Good morning!
Me: Hi! Good morning!
VO: Why are you going to the US?
Me: I was invited as a guest to participate in many aspects and events of YYYY Church.
VO: May I see the invitation?
Me: (gave her the invitation but she did not read it)
VO: Where in the US?
Me: Sayreville, New Jersey
VO: What will benefit you in going there?
Me: I will become a Pastor here after the training
VO: What's your job here?
Me: BPO Manager
VO: How long have you been in the BPO?
Me: Eversince or with my current employer?
VO: Eversince
Me: 5 years
VO: Who will pay for your trip?
Me: The church in the US will provide my meals, housing and transportation. Our local church here will provide the plane ticket and my personal allowance. I have my own savings too.
VO: Unfortunately I cannot give you a visa. Thank you.
Me: Oh, okay, thanks.

She did not asked how much is my salary here or if I traveled outside the Philippines which I did twice to Singapore and South Korea. Can anyone help me know the reason why I was denied? and what can I do if I decide to reapply after a week? The training is still in July until December. Thanks.
