My previous USCIS status:
I 130, I 485, I 765, I 131 mailed on 12/04/2015
NOA I 797 received for all- 12/15/2015
Biometrics done for I 485&765- 1/26/2016
Interview scheduled- 4/4/2016
I was denied (I 485) on 4/8/2016 because I travelled w/o Parole on Student visa but came back also on F1 visa; but they approved I 130.
I filed again on 04/13/2016 for I 485, I 765, I 131.
NOA I 797 received for 3 of them on 4/22/2016.
Biometrics done on 5/19/2016 for I 485 and I 765.
Surprisingly today (5/31/2016) I received Approved I 131 for the previous case which I 485 was denied because of travel; hence that I 131 supposed to be denied! And I immediately checked for previous I 765 application; it said: Card mailed to me on 5/31/2016! And this I 765 and I 131 are the previous application!
I am shocked and scared both. Because how they approve the old two cases where the I 485 was denied even? And what will happen to new I 765 and I 131 application? Did they approve it mistakenly? Or what is going on you think? I have not received any update for the new I 485 that I submitted second time.
Please advice me based on your understanding. Also suggest me if I should use this coming I 765 card or not? I mean not to use the card until the new I 485 decision?
