New card is being produced.
Hello Everyone,
I sent my application for renewal on January 22, 2016 Uscis Received it on February 01, 2016 it was approved on April 25, 2016 and since then nothing have changed it only says New card is being produced"
I called costumer service early may they told me to wait 30 days, on May 26 I called them back again and this time they told me that it looks like they had never sent the card for production,,Can you believe this crap?? so how come when I called the first time they told me to wait?..anyway she requested for the card to be sent to production but today is June 01, 2016 and the message has not changed still says the same thing.
anyone has the same situation??
What should I do guys any recommendations,
