Im a bit confused as I only got SMS notification of the "Card Order" On saturday 4th, then email late sunday evening, but no notification of case approval or a welcome note, I called the 1800 today and told me probably the system is processing them and it may have 2-3 days lagging
Fingers crossed to get the card in the mail soon, anyone can help estimate when i'd get it?
My timeline was unusually long, during my infoPass appointment with the officer it seemed very clear it was that lady managing my case who have been lazy and not moving things, only 3 days after the infoPass and things started to be moving (the officer tried to call her few times and send her a remind about my case, he also promised to try to call her at different times)
oh and btw: I never heard back of my service request, I think its pretty useless,
