AOS via marriage to a US citizen
My paperwork was stuck in background check at NBC till end of May. Info pass on May 19th confirmed that Lawrence office did not even have my file. Online status said "Finger print feee was received"
June 2nd, 2016: Status changed to "We are ready to schedule an interview"
June 8th, 2016: Status changed to "Interview has been scheduled for July 13th"
I believe my interview would be at the Lawrence office as that's where I had my biometrics and my info pass appointment, but I'll know for sure when I get my notice in the mail. My case was stuck in background check was unknown reasons (no civil/criminal/immigration violation in 12 years. Not even a parking ticket). Its good to see progress. Just sharing my time line as a data point for other applicants.
