Hello!
My wife and I we had our interview on May 19th and we were approved on the spot. We still have not received the green card. Today I called in and the agent I talked to said he would have me talk to a level 2. I talked to the level 2 and she told me there was a missing data error. Anyone know what that means. She then sent a service request. I have an info pass set up and I asked her if I should go, she told me I do not need to but if I want my passport stamped I can go. How long do service requests usually take?
