Questions to my Wife who is the LPR
1. Full Name?
2. Date of Birth?
3. Provide Original Green card?
4. Who filed for your GC when you first came to the states?
5. When did you enter the states?
Questions to me (Petitioner)
1. Full Name?
2. Date of Birth?
3. Nationality
4. When did you leave the states?
5. When did you enter the states?
6. What is your current visa status? How long is it valid for?
7. Asked if the, signature on the I-485 was mine?
8. What is your SSN number?
9. Are you working with the same employer that is on the I-485 file?
10. Give me the new employers offer letter?
11. Any additional supporting documents that you have apart from the ones you have already submitted?
12. Asked for some more pictures but dint really looked at them and placed them in the file.
Then said I will review your file and make a decision. I took a lawyer along with me and I feel that it helped, since some of the questions she asked were answered by my lawyer. The adjudicate was very friendly and the entire process was over in less than 20 minutes. I was also carrying a wedding album which was not required.
