stuck in a Second interview
Hi folks,
my first time ever in this forum. My case is a family based visa I-130
# Oct 2015 -130 Interview approval on the spot "Washington field office".
# Notice received by mail immediately afterwards.
# Feb 2016 Granted removal of proceeding- Arlington immigration court "Long story based on rejected asylum case since March 2013".
# April/2/ 2016 I-485 , I-765 along with approved I-130 sent out to USCIS.
# April/6/2016 SMS case received and accepted.
# April/20/2016 Biometrics request. Done on the next day.
# April/30/2016 Online update REF notice
# May/6/2016 REF notice received by mail- Birth Certificate.
# May/18/2016 REF received by USCIS
# May/30/2016 Online update- Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview!!! going to be second interview after in the same place since I-130 approved!!!
Desperately waiting, 4 month jobless since Feb/2016 cause EAD expired!!! Anyone been through same process? how ling am i expected to wait in order to get the second interview?
