Hi guys, I hope someone from the forum can help me.
I submitted together I-485, I-765 and I-131 on Dec 23, 2015. It has been about 6 months and I have not received any RFE letter, no interview letter, no EAD, no Travel document, nothing at all. I have called several times to follow up on my EAD which I need desperately but the answer is always "your case is still pending" I have opened several inquires and attended 2 infopass appointments and the answer is the same "your case is still pending at the National benefits center" I don't know what to do to get an answer at least on my work permit. Anyone have experienced the same situation? any advise?
