I-485 sent and received approx. 2/24/2015, I petitioned for my father based of an I-130 approval from 1988.
RFE received 3/31/2015

Interview: 4/26/2016
DOCTOR IN CHERRY HILL NEW JERSEY used expired form for Medical, was not approved but told would receive a second RFE
received second RFE for medical on 5/2/2016
had trouble with doctor, wanted us to pay again.
Finally responded to RFE approx 5/20/16
FINALLY approved on 6/13/16
yet to receive card.
