Hey everyone,
Here's my time line:
March 31, 2016: I-485, I-130 and I-765 received
April 6: Notice letters
May 9: Biometrics done
May 23: I-485 Status changed to "Ready to be scheduled for interview", I-765 and I-130 still same ("case was received")
It's been 77 days since my case was received by USCIS and 38 days since my biometrics, and I still havent got my EAD. I'm considering requesting EAD but not sure if I should wait little longer or how how to do it? I have a job lined up and it's getting little nervous every day the longer this process takes..
Any help would be appreciated..
