Are I-130 and I-485 Processed Simultaneously by USCIS
I am a US Citizen living in New York City and filed an I-130 for my wife who is a foreigner. My wife also applied/filed for an I-485 simultaneously.

From a processing standpoint, could someone please outline what happens......

Does the I-130 have to be "approved" first before an interview in scheduled? And, GENERALLY, how long from the priority date does it take for the I-130 to be approved?

Is the I-130 approved simultaneously with the I-485 (or at different stages/times)?

Is the interview first scheduled, and only then the I-130 is approved, and only later is the I-485 approved?

If someone could outline the general sequence of the interview, I-130 and I-485 approval, it would be much appreciated.

Separately, I filed my papers at the "National Benefits Center" but there is no processing time (under track processing times at the USCIC site) for the I-130, nor is there such I-130 tracking for the Queens, New York site. So, where can I find the I-130 tracking time? Do they transfer the i-30 cases to the Nebraska, California, Vermont or Texas processing centers and if so, typically, for NY filers, which center is it typically assigned to, if that is the case.
