Question about my RIE--many thanks
Hi everyone,
I received RIE for I-864, and I had a few question about it.
The letter I received says
" Form I-864 Affidavit of Support was submitted, however, Page 3, Part 4 is blank."
--I forgot to put my husband name in Part 4 1.a and 1.b.
" Form I-864 Affidavit of Support was submitted from a joint sponsor; however, the names listed on Page1 and Page 3 are not the same."
--I only put my husband name on I-864, I don't get it why they say they are not the same(becuase the part 4 1.a and 1.b were blank?). Does it mean they are requesting a joint sponsor?
I will also call USCIS to clarify. Has anyone had encountered in the same situation?
