Got my green card today!
I've never posted on here but I've been following the posts regularly. It has helped me stay positive and calm!

Here's my timeline:

Priority Date: March 17, 2016
Biometric Appointment: April 12, 2016
Employment Authorization Card received: May 5, 2016
Interview (Raleigh, NC Field Office): June 15, 2016
Green card in hands: June 21, 2016 (YAY!!

Already have plane tickets booked to see my family that I don't see in 4 years! Beyond happy!!!

A little background that might help others:

- Marriage Based;
- Have had the following visas: J1, B2, and was recently under F1 (Have never been out of status);
- Did all the paperwork myself (no lawyer). However I'm OCD and made sure to submit all the documents they could possibly ask for! As a result, no RFE's;
- Me and my husband started dating 3 years ago. Got married October 2015. So we submitted plenty of bonafide marriage proofs;
- Joint dosc submitted (Bank acct, health insurance, life insurance, car insurance, and apartment lease under both our names); We also submitted a copy of engagement ring appraisal under my husband's name, wedding cards/wishes from family and friends and a bunch of pics since the beginning of out relationship;
-Interview was very easy! It felt like we were on an informal conversation with a friend than being interviewed. The IO even made small talks and joked a little.

If anyone has any questions about my process I will be help to answer!

Good luck to everyone!! Stay positive!
