Hi eveyone, I just want to ask some help here for my cousin.
She enter US as Tourist and change it student visa to extend here stay. And now her US Citizen fiance wants to marry here. Can I ask if what's the process on this? Is this same with petitioning a fiance or a spouse?
And one thing, she has a prior marriage from someone outside the US but they've been separated for almost 12 years now.
What can she do?
