Is it possible to get a green card without an interview?
Dear all:
I married to a permanent resident. we filed i 485 on Dec 2nd, 2015, local office Durham/Raleight, NC.
Since fingerprints were taken on June 8th, we got NOTHING from USICS.
According to USCIS website they finished processing cases up to Dec 25th, 2015 in Raleigh, NC. So they delayed/lost/forgot about our case.
Is it possible that USCIS sends us a green-card without an interview? ( I am married to a permanent resident, not a US citizen)
