Lawyer No show for Interview
Hi, everyone. I got married in Kansas, got a lawyer for AOS in Kansas. This Lawyer prepared our documents and everything. I and my wife moved down to Dallas before we sent out our Application packet. So our packet was sent to Dallas Office. I have interview in Dallas scheduled for next month and just found out the Lawyer will not be representing us on the interview day because of the distance. Is this gonna be a problem for us? Will the immigration officer ask for the Lawyer since the form was prepared by him? A friend of mine told me it will be a problem. I dont know what to do
