Hi there I’m a F2A petitioner waiting from my wife’s interview. I’m just a few days away from the VB PD (08/11/16) and I see that the final date has a foot note saying”:
NOTE: For September, F2A numbers EXEMPT from per-country limit are authorized for issuance to applicants from all countries with priority dates earlier than 01JUL16.
What does this mean? That even though the table says July 22nd the real PD is July 1st?
