Visa Interview
I had my visa approved on November 16th . Many people scare the heck out of you. I believe its always there to be issued, you just have to answer just to the point. Of course your petition LCA and client letter must match

2 people in front of me got their Visa approved

Note: The guy in front of me did not have a client letter, he had a black and white copy of vendor letter where all his information was mentioned ( VO did ask client letter and he told all he had was that and she was fine by that)

Me: GM mam how are you doing ?
VO: Doing good , how about you?
Me: Good Thanks
VO: What is the purpose for the Visa
Me: For my Work
VO: Where do you work
Me: YYYY X
VO: Can i see your I-797
Me: Passed on
VO: Who is your Client and Vendor
Me: Told
VO: Can you pass those documents (i had a bunch of documents arranged and she saw it I 129, LCA, client letter , vendor letter, of course she did not know what all was there but she knew it was all imp documents)
Me: Passed ( She did not even bother to see anything - i think she saw the letter head of my client and just passed it back, not even sure if she saw that)
VO: Did anything change since your petition was approved
Me:No
VO: Your Visa is approved
Me: Thanks

Bottom line is ( Visa is always there to be granted, if all the documents are fine from your employer side it should be a cake walk), Dont sound desperate , answer to the point ( it might sound rude from an indian point of view, where we talk emotionally, but thats how americans like the answers i.e straight and to the point- been there for 5 years ;) )

Cheers - I just posted it for future candidates who are nervous about it , chill and dont listen to fellow indians who are always there to scare you ;) , just listen to your heart :)

Note: I was working with a different employer till sep end 2012. My H1 company started on Oct 1st 2012 and i had only 2 pay stubs from my H1 company. ( People scared me telling you need to have minimum 3 months pay stubs etc , that really does not count.

I have been working for same client since November 2010
