H1B, H4 Visa

This is for H4 Visa, happened last year. During pre screening, the people near at fees counter written some thing on right top corner of DS156 form.

During my interview, VO saw that comment 'no BEP letter' simply asked two questions,
1.where is your spouse?
Ans: At so so place, US.
2.Why did you not go with spouse?
Ans:This is the earleist date I got..

simply he took one paper and asked me to bring BEP letter, though the company does not come in to the category..

Next day I submitted the letter stated that this company is not a BEP comp. The people at prescreening again wrote in the same area of DS156 form loke 'no BEP folder'

Folder means just nothing but our ordinary folder, I said them the company is not in BEP then why you're writing such kind..

They said either you've to go inside to meet VO or can leave.. this after after one and half hour. I talk to senior person (people at pre screening)in a strong under standing way..

Then senior explained to junior VO, after Junior VO listned all I can't takeup this case only Senior VO. This pre screening Senior person explained to Senior VO

Now Senior VO came back to counter with cheerful face and sincerely told the following words..
Sr.VO : Sir our people troubled you.. sorry..
Me : I just smiled.. said it's OK..
Sr.VO : Our crew is handling 1500 cases daily but our capacity is only 400 to 500 cases..
Me : He saw & typed for 10 mins at his moniter
VO : He asked around 5 to 8 Questions..
About my company where I am working..
Vo : Do you aware that H4 can covert H1..I said no.. then
VO : There is facility do u interested..
Me : I said No.

finally after this kind of questions he accepted and said all the best.. my exp is if you have all supportive documentattion then success is yours!

Ofcourse to get Visa I did little hard work, it may not be possible for everyone..

It's surprising our own pre screening people, neither they understand nor they know.. they behave like uneducated..
