Visa Refused
I really like to thank immihelp website for perfect guiding in my processing of visit visa. Today (13th Aug 2005) was my interview for visit visa but denied saying "No strong ties" I am 25 year old working as Marketing Coordinator in MNC of Saudi Arabia, applied for visit visa on my own sponsorship. Everything went fine and smooth until i reach to the counter.

Consular first asked me to give the application pay slip and it was my badluck that i left that recipt in my bag and came to the counter, i requested him that i will get but he refused to leave counter.

Next thing, I showed my all savings in NRE account of India around $18,000 but seeing that he said that if you are residing in Saudi Arabia than why you are saving in India.

I replied conviniently saying that i dont get profit of saving in Saudi Banks coz, Saudi banking system is against the interest according to Islamic Law.

He did not said anything more than that and said "you can reapply showing strong ties" Thank you.

Was consular query was true or not? Please advice.

I am going to apply again in 6 weeks transacting all my NRE account money in Saudi Arabia Bank.

Hope this should help me in getting my visa.

Regards,
Najam
