Visitor Visa- Entry Denied
I am a permanent resident and I invited my brother to visit me and he got a visitor visa for 10 years. I had to leave two days prior to his arrival for a business trip overseas. My brother was interrogated and finally denied entry because they considered him a potential immigrant. They searched his luggage and found his degree diplomas and denied his entry. His visa was anulled. What would be a safe step to take right now? Should I ask him to apply for a new visa and if yes how long after he was denied he would be able to apply? Or should I think about different ways (work visa)?
