Visitor visa experience sharing
Hi,Thanks to Immihelp.com for creating forum like this. Here is my scenario.

Consulate: Hyderabad
Application: Followed new application process which is cool. Photo upload/Saving file/Upload file etc.
Who attended the interview: Father, Mother-in-law, Sister-in-law.
My father and mother-in-law got approved 10 yr multiple entry visa. Sister-in-law (studying, not married, no job) visa got rejected .
------------
More Information in the interview:
We took family appointment in Telugu. Interestingly enough the consulate officer spoke in telugu.
Father Retd teacher - So CO asked about his pension. How many kids he has in India. What is he doing now (He does farming).
Mother-in-law: She holds central govt job.
CO asked her about current job.
Sister-in-law - As she speaks english, CO asked her few questions about here and also about my father and mother-in-law (something to note about). Primarily he asked her about studies (she is doing air-hostess training). . He came back and asked few more questions once finished my father and mother-in-law. In the 2nd round CO asked about job. Asked her about job (she is not doing any job and we didn't mention in the application).

Finally we have little hopes on my sister-in-law visa considering she studying and not doing job.

Key is preparation irrespective of what others say. This is painful. My wife took care of this business. You don't know what questions they are going to ask.

My father and mother-in-law felt that very relaxed and confident during interview. Obviously they felt the whole preparation thing is waste.

That is it my friends. Best of luck to all of you guys.
