Visitor Visa for Mom
Hello Everyone,

i would like to explain my situation.

I recently schedule interview for my mom from india(hyd) for a visit to US for 3-4 weeks along with my younger brother. My aunt( her sister) is a US citizen and we also had her documents( W2, sponsor letter, and invitation letter) attached with the documents during the interview . But the visa was rejected for them and from what we could make out the reason was lack of showing ties back in india though they said husband( my dad) and our house is all present in india and she shall return in 3-4 weeks. the only thing we didnt show was the bank statement and financial documents.

Now i want to apply again only for my mom this time. i recently got engaged here and soon to get married . in the previous DS form we didnt mention that i was in US since my aunt was sponsoring her. Now i am working here on OPT .

what are my options for the documents? Should i again attach financial documents and schedule her interview for visiting her sister (OR) shall i mention she wants to visit for her son's marriage ?? will they ask her why dd she mentioned about her son in the previous interview?

Any feedback and directions are much appreciated. look forward for answers
