Visitor visa refusal 214 B
My husband & I are Perm. residents. My dad went for visa interview on 27 Feb,2006. Visa refusal under 214B. My dad already visited US, before. This is second time. He never overstayed or extended.I gave all possible papers. He had his house documents. But CO didn't look into any.My dad went alone.I don't know, whether mom & dad should go together?. He had his interview in English. Is that problem?. please any info? on this matter.
