Hi everyone. There's an American Airline Credit Union at my job. I applied for it but I was told to fill a W8-BEN form coz I don't have a green card yet. I only have my EAD. My question is: Can I fill the form? If I fill the form, will it not affect my immigration benefits? Your response will be highly appreciated. Thanks everyone.
