Waiting after interview
Hi guys.
So. I don't know what to do or what to think. Please help me, if anyone was in the same situation as we are.
Our interview was on May 10 in Dallas. She said unfortunately we have just one problem. Because we filed the I 130 for my husband the first, and separately everything else, this form was not put in with my paperwork. She said it will takes up to 2 weeks for her to receive the I 130. (We gave her the approval letter for it). She can finalize our interview. And here we are almost a month later, no words from them. What do you guys think what we should do, or what we can do.
