Waiting for decision after interview.
Hi guys,for people who went for second interview,what's the reasons they call for second interviews and how long after the first interview does someone end up being called for second interview.Do they first do home visit and stuff like that before they conclude they need to call you for it or it's just random?I will appreciate everyone's input here.am still waiting for decision after 1st interview in September and I just want to be ready for second interview just in case.let me know family.
